If I’m renting a system, how do I return it?

Once you’ve completed the terms of your rental, the first step is to reach out to our customer service team (1.800.535.0135). They’ll talk you through Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, as well as provide logistical information for your return. Please keep in mind that rentals must be returned in the same crates that they came in. The packing crates must be kept indoors to prevent weather damage, and all packing material (styrofoam, foam, etc.) should be kept for use when repacking.

How will my solution be packed and shipped?

It depends on the solution. Smaller pieces are packed and padded for UPS small parcel delivery. Other solutions will require larger crates and skids for truck transportation. Either way, it will be secured to prevent damage and insured to protect your investment in the unlikely event that something does happen to the equipment en route.

Can I pick up an order in my own truck?

Yes. If your solution fits on one of your own vehicles, you are welcome to transport it yourself. We’ll load it for your driver to secure for transport.

Do you deliver shipments on your own trucks?

No. We can either choose from among a group of trusted commercial trucking lines who have met our stringent requirements for reliability, service and delivery speed, or you can use your own preferred carrier. Either way, we’ll let you know who will be delivering your shipment, when to expect it and what the freight bill will be. Once you receive your shipment, we’ll check in to make sure everything arrived safely.

How much does it cost to ship a system?

The shipping cost depends on your location, your modular solution’s weight and size, and the shipping method. The approximate cost of delivery will be included in your initial proposal, and will be adjusted if necessary once your solution has been finalized and your contract has been processed. When there are shipping options available, we’ll present them so that you can choose what’s best for your organization.

Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes. We are at the mercy of our carriers, but expedited delivery via UPS, FEdex or truck freight is often available.

How long does shipping take?

Usually only 2-5 days from receipt of your purchase order, thanks to our large in-stock inventory and central Chicagoland location. Once we’ve locked down a shipping method and a carrier, we’ll give you a more precise ETA.
