Can I Exchange or Upgrade components of my modular solution?

Yes. If your equipment is less than 2 years old, our Exchange Program allows you to swap unused components for others of equal value so you can adjust your setup as your needs change.

For components over 2 years old, our Upgrade Program offers you a credit for old parts that now come in newer versions. This credit can be applied towards the purchase of these newer parts so you can take advantage of design innovations that enhance performance and functionality, and the program can be used for as long as you own your solution.

How long is my solution under warranty?

For as long as you own your system. All of our fixturing components are covered by our limited lifetime manufacturing warranty. We will repair or replace, at no charge, any component that fails under normal usage due to a manufacturing defect.

Can I return a part?

If you want to return a part, use our Contact Us form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We’ll contact you to find out if you want to return the part due to an issue covered under warranty, for exchange or upgrade, or for reconditioning. If your return qualifies, we’ll provide the RMA and instructions on how to ship the part back.

What happens if i buy the wrong part?

You won’t! Our application engineers review all orders and requests before any parts are shipped. If something doesn’t look right, they’ll let you know well before it shows up at your facility. If somehow an errant order slips through, we’ll exchange it for you.

What if I'm not happy with my modular solution?

Our unique process is specifically designed to keep this from happening by providing the tools our customers need to decide confidently. 
This includes both virtual and physical vetting of your solution — both of which happen before you invest, so there are no surprises. All that being said, Bluco backs every product with 100% commitment to your satisfaction. If something’s not right, we’ll do what we can to fix it.
