We are seeking an individual who would like to join our growing team in Shipping and Receiving.  You will work with our other outstanding Shipping and Receiving Lead and together will manage the overall flow of the warehouse which consists of pulling orders, receiving and stocking parts and inventory control.  You would also be responsible for maintaining records concerned with ordering and storing of materials within the facility.

What you will be doing when you join our company:

 

  • Take delivery of incoming shipments of material and supplies.
  • Verify incoming shipments against documentation, checking for quality and quantity.
  • Sort and place incoming materials on racks, shelves or bins.
  • Handle outgoing shipments to customers (small UPS boxes up to large crates)
  • Move materials from Receiving to designated areas
  • Operate forklift to transport shipments to various areas
  • Work with vendors to determine lead time for required materials order and coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain stock and inventory keeping supplies at proper levels.
  • Conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories
  • Pack and ship product to customers as needed

 

What we need from you to apply:

 

  • 3-5 years experience in Warehouse Receiving
  • Experience with Inventory systems is a plus
  • Able to drive a forklift, pallet jack and overhead crane
  • Able to lift 50 pounds frequently
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Able to perform miscellaneous building maintenance tasks
  • Proficiency in computers, including Microsoft Office/Excel is a must
  • Self-motivated, hard working
  • Hold a valid drivers license
